I just want to give a shout out to the crew and boss at Johnson RV in Gilroy, Ca. Eric was a great salesman!! Really took the extra time to walk us through the RV and spent almost the whole day with us!! Jimmy was amazing !! He knows these RV’s inside and out and walked us through all of the technology and the” gizmos!! Juan was an amazing mechanic and fixed some little things that weren’t quite right! Lorenzo was an amazing PR person always answering our text, even when he was on his way home to his family!! Jay knows his stuff and keeps the ship running smoothly! We sold our RV on consignment through Johnson RV Oregon. I had a great experience working with Bob Humphrey. He was courteous and responsive. Our RV was sold in a month. Everything went smoothly. Our RV was picked up by Dan, and delivered to Johnson RV Gilroy.( Dan was nice.) The proceeds were wired to our account without a hitch.

My husband and I lost our home in a wildfire almost 3 years ago. Our rebuilding is delayed and we're at a point where we need to explore living in an RV. Our first stop was Johnson RV. Every person we talked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt valued as a customer. Nolan and Rudy in the Sales Department were both exceptional. Nolan gave us a thorough tour of the units that might fit our needs. He answered all of our questions and provided valuable information about how each unit might fit our needs. We found a unit we felt would work, but left that day without purchasing it. By the next morning, we had decided to purchase it. I called and Nolan was with another customer, so I left a message. Rudy saw that message and called me back. He provided me with a link to complete the credit application and worked to quickly secure the unit for us. We came in that afternoon to sign the paperwork. I'm very grateful to Rudy and Nolan for the efforts in helping us find and purchase the RV that will be our home for at least a year. We have 3 adults, 4 large dogs, and 3 cats. The 2-bedroom 2-bath floor plan of our RV is the only one we have seen that will be feasible for our family. I'd also like to mention that both Lisa and Ursula in the finance department are great too! We brought one of dogs, Ghost, with us. He was also treated very well. If you brings yours, see Rudy for treats! Ghost is usually anti-treats from strangers. But, Rudy had the magic touch. Ghost was very happy he got to go back the second day!
